Mirror Mirror’s Return & Exchange Policy.
We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. We understand that in some circumstances the product delivered does not match the customer's expectation due to numerous factors. In such instances we would be happy to have the product exchanged.
Our returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased with Mirror Mirror for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
All return products need to be shipped out to our Warehouse and all expenses incurred in the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
During the exchange, our warehouse agent may do a quality check upon return and the return/ exchange will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you and expenses incurred in re-shipping the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you choose to exchange the item for a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

How long do I have to make a return?
How to request a return?

1.) Contact our customer support team from where you initially placed the order with to initiate the return process or Email us at Support@mirrormirror.lk | Contact us on 0765 65 65 75 along with the Order ID and the Issue.
2.) Once the return is confirmed by our team, pack your ordered items and ensure that the Order ID is mentioned in the package so that we could verify your package.
3.) It is highly recommended that you use a reputed courier service to return the package back to us as this would help us to speed up the return process.
4.) Once the returned package is inspected and passes the warehouse quality check, we will process the Return/ Exchange as informed by our team.
Kindly note the following regarding our returns policy:
🔹 Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition.
🔹 All refunds will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used towards any future purchase on our website. As a standard practice, we offer store credits rather than cash refunds due to the nature of our products. However, in rare instances where we are unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, we will do our best to accommodate your needs – your satisfaction truly matters to us.
🔹 Please kindly note that refunds cannot be processed for orders placed through Mint Pay, Koko Pay or Thyaga due to the high transaction fees involved.
